Microsoft MCTS Certifications Exam 70-528

February 23, 2005 BOISE, IDAHO - Cougar Mountain Software today announced the promotion of Kenny Wong to Director of Customer Support. Wong has worked for the Boise-based publisher of accounting and 70-293 point of sale software since 1998 in a variety of positions.

As Director of Customer Support, Wong is responsible for the support and satisfaction of external customers and internal departments.

According to CEO Bob Gossett, Cougar Mountain is proud to have its team of specialists based at the company’s Boise headquarters. “Our support specialists not only know our product, they know a good deal about accounting. We provide the kind of help our customers need, when they need it.” Sales 70-297 and support are also available from a nationwide network of resellers.

Wong started on the technical support team and moved to customer relations and product management.

Wong has a strong financial background, having worked in commercial lending and credit and loan review for two of the largest banks in the western United States. He holds an undergraduate degree in finance and urban development from the University of Washington and in computer information systems from Boise State University. He earned an MBA from Saint Louis University.

An adjunct lecturer in the graduate school of business at Boise State University, Wong has authored articles in a variety of trade and academic journals.
